Due to the pandemic, the 2021 OWSD General Assembly is taking place almost entirely online. Still, whenever possible, and by fully respecting all national sanitary measures to prevent infections, OWSD has encouraged National Chapters to organize local hubs in their own countries, where OWSD members will network, exchange ideas, watch the online plenary session of the Assembly and provide their feedback.

For this purpose, OWSD Secretariat launched a call for applications for the organization of local hubs events. Selection of proposals is still in progress but we expect to have approximately 15 National Chapters holding in person events and connecting live during the plenary session.

The General Assembly plenary is scheduled for Friday, 19 November, approximately between 14:00 and 16:00 CET (GMT +2).
